Executive Team
Jamie Radtke
Jamie Radtke brings over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. Her expertise spans executive management, public relations, customer acquisition and engagement, marketing and communications, content development, and fundraising.
After two decades in public policy and politics, she stepped into full-time ministry — first founding a nonprofit reaching young adults with the transformational love of Christ, then serving as President and CEO of the original ExploreGod before its strategic merger with Global Media Outreach in 2017. Following her tenure as Chief Growth Officer of the merged organization, she now leads the unified global ministry under the ExploreGod name.
Jamie holds a Master of Public Policy from The College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jamie and her husband, who have been married for over 25 years, are passionate advocates for foster care and adoption. Together, they have four children, and their youngest was adopted from foster care at the age of 8.
Yvonne Carlson
With over 20 years of experience in Christian broadcasting and digital innovation, Yvonne Carlson serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ExploreGod. She is dedicated to leveraging next-generation tools—such as data systems and AI-assisted platforms—to expand global digital outreach while remaining deeply rooted in the Gospel mission.
Prior to her current role, Yvonne served as Vice President of Product at Unite Life and held key strategic leadership positions at Moody Radio Network and Pathway to Victory at First Baptist Dallas. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and conducted graduate studies in Information Communications Technology at the University of Denver.
A recognized voice at the intersection of faith and technology, Yvonne serves on the Board of Directors for both the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) and FaithTech, a global movement championing redemptive technology. As a member of IEEE and a leader within Missional AI, she actively shapes discussions on AI ethics, ensuring digital transformation serves as a vessel for genuine human connection and discipleship.
Kim Stiver
With over 30 years of experience leading global brands through paradigm shifts, Kim blends art and science in her approach to strategic thinking, marketing planning, and brand-centric communications.
As an award-winning brand storyteller and highly-regarded executive leader in integrated marketing, organizational communications, and key stakeholder relations, Kim joined ExploreGod in 2024 and leads a dynamic team focused on developing and managing sustainable creative and content experiences that capture, motivate, and nurture global audiences across multiple brand channels.
Kim’s leadership background and marketing expertise spans B2B, B2C, church, and nonprofit segments with a proven track record of evaluating market trends, conducting opportunity assessments, and launching go-to-market strategies for high-tech, subscription-based, and CPG products and services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Berry College and resides in Northern California.
With a passion for helping people discover the unparalleled satisfaction and joy of abiding in a deeply aligned relationship with Jesus, Kim has continually served for decades as a teacher, devotional writer, and spiritual growth mentor focused on bridging the gap between Sunday morning experiences and the realities of daily living.
Tom Seely
Tom Seely has over two decades of experience in digital strategy and ministry leadership, specializing in digital marketing, strategic planning, as well as online evangelism and discipleship. Since joining ExploreGod in 2022, he has led the Outreach Team, overseeing all paid advertising efforts for the ministry globally.
Prior to ExploreGod, Tom served for 29 years with Cru, a global ministry dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission. He spent 18 years in Budapest, Hungary, where he was Director of Digital Strategies for Central & Eastern Europe. In this role, he helped establish more than 10 online ministry teams across Eastern and Central Europe.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. He and his wife currently reside in Orlando, FL. They have four adult children.
Laura J (LJ) Landmann
Laura J (LJ) Landmann brings over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience aligning strategy, finance, operations, philanthropy, and people to advance mission-driven impact. Before joining ExploreGod, LJ served as Vice President of Finance & Operations at BioLogos, where she helped grow the organization from a startup to a sustainable nonprofit by strengthening systems, streamlining processes, and building infrastructure for long-term impact.
She thrives at the intersection of vision and execution—developing high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and delivering results. She is passionate about aligning operations with Kingdom impact, fostering cultures where people and mission thrive, and using her strategic insight and hands-on experience to help advance ExploreGod’s mission to share the transformative power of Christ’s love globally.
LJ holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Kent (UK) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Westmont College. Guided by her faith, she strives to reflect the love and truth of Jesus in her work, relationships, and decisions. Outside of work, LJ enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters.

Richard Chang
Rich joined ExploreGod with extensive expertise in program and product management, along with nine years as a missionary and pastor in Japan. At ExploreGod, he as served as product lead and also led key process improvement projects to streamline operations.
His background includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 tech companies and leading fintech organizations, where he successfully managed product offerings and drove strategic initiatives.
Rich is passionate about making a lasting impact, blending his business acumen with his heart for ministry to support the mission of sharing the message of Jesus Christ.
Doug Gillquist
Doug joined ExploreGod in 2023 and has an extensive background of 25+ years in relational fundraising in ministry settings. Doug also brings leadership experience from his time on staff at Focus on the Family, UNW Media, Family Research Council, and Prison Fellowship Ministries.
Doug received his degree from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN, where he helped increase the listener support of UNW’s growing Christian radio network.
Doug and his wife, Melanie, have three married daughters and five grandchildren. He is passionate about pouring into people and mentoring — specifically in the areas of team building, sharing the ultimate truth found in Jesus Christ, and seeing people grow in their Christian faith.
Timothy Marquart
Timothy Marquart is a technology and analytics leader dedicated to building the scalable digital infrastructure required for global Kingdom impact. As Vice President of Technology, Tim oversees engineering, platform delivery, and data strategy, ensuring that ExploreGod’s technological “science” remains a powerful vessel for the “art” of human connection.
Tim’s career is marked by a track record of enterprise-scale transformation. Prior to joining the ministry, he led advanced analytics for Verizon’s Global Services division, managing teams that informed billions of dollars in business decisions. He also held engineering leadership roles at Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil. Tim holds dual master’s degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)—an MBA from Sloan and an SM in Mechanical Engineering.
A long-time friend of the ministry, Tim served on ExploreGod’s Technology Advisory Board for two years before joining the executive team. He is particularly passionate about the redemptive potential of technology, viewing ExploreGod’s proprietary PATH platform as a historic tool for fulfilling the Great Commission in a digital age.
Tim’s own faith journey began in college when he encountered the evidence for the Gospel through The Case for Christ. Today, he is motivated by the “5-Star Strategy” to help millions of seekers move from initial curiosity to flourishing faith. Tim resides in Texas with his wife of 15 years and their three children.

Scott Seaman
Scott is active in the investment management industry. He has experience with public, private, and ministry boards. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
John Crawford
John Crawford is retired from Intel and holds 52 patents in computer engineering. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a fellow at the Computer History Museum. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University.
John Beckett
John Beckett is the author of several books and is a retired executive from the manufacturing industry. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Promod Haque
Promod Haque works in the venture capital industry. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
Mark Modjeska
Mark Modjeska has experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries and is an author. He holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Price Harding
Price Harding has over 30 years of experience in the executive search industry and serves as Chairman of CarterBaldwin, one of the fifty largest executive search firms in the US. Price is also an avid angel investor and has served on the boards of various private companies and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Baptist University of America and conducted master’s level studies at Temple Baptist Seminary.

Richard Chang
Richard Chang has extensive expertise in program and product management, along with nine years as a missionary and pastor in Japan. His background includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 technology companies and leading strategic initiatives in the fintech sector. He attended San Jose State University, where he studied Finance.
John Crawford
John H. Crawford spent 36 years at Intel driving the technical leadership of their microprocessor products. He was the architect of Intel's first 32-bit processors—the 386 and 486—and served as project manager of the Pentium processor. He holds 52 patents and was elected to the National Academy of Engineering. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Computer Science from Brown.
Dr. K.
Dr. K is an academic, AI consultant, theologian, ethicist, and retired U.S. intelligence officer whose work intersects national security, emerging technology, and biblical leadership. She is the founder of Attention Inc., a faith-based organization that helps individuals and organizations give and receive the right kind of attention so that authentic voices are heard. During her service in the Intelligence Community, she played key roles in the pandemic response, AI policy development, and counterterrorism strategy, and received the Office of the Director of National Intelligence Exceptional Service Award. At Joni and Friends, she co-established the Christian Institute on Disability and co-created the Beyond Suffering curriculum. She taught theology, bioethics, and the Great Books at Biola University and Talbot School of Theology for more than two decades and is the author of several books and commentaries, most recently Hope's Horizon: From Chatbots to Jesus' Return. She holds a Ph.D. in Religion and Applied Ethics from the University of Southern California, four master's degrees, and executive certifications in AI from MIT, Stanford, and Google.
Ben Elmore
Ben Elmore is the founder of Servant, a technology firm purpose-built to help faith-based organizations navigate the AI era, partnering with ministries including The Chosen, YouVersion, and OneHope to design and deploy AI-driven products that serve their mission. Before founding Servant, Ben spent two decades leading digital transformation through his firm Intevity, where he partnered with global brands, the Intelligence community, and private equity to build products used by millions daily and generate billions in enterprise value. He is a founding partner of Trivergys Exchange, a Christ-centric business collaborative, and serves on the executive launch team for GreatGrants.ai, which uses AI to connect Christian organizations with public and private grant funding. Ben's core conviction is that technology serves people and mission, never the other way around. His recent whitepaper, “Three Converging Shifts A Framework for the Future of the Church,” explores how AI is reshaping culture and the economy, and why the church is uniquely positioned to thrive in what comes next.
Andrew Esparza
Andrew Esparza is the founder of Kingdom Analytics, a data and AI research firm that has helped more than 1,000 mission-driven organizations better understand and engage their communities. He has been named a Top 100 Marketing & Advertising Leader, recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, and serves as Co-City Lead for FaithTech Phoenix, a member of the Redemptive AI Council, and co-founder of The Caritas Foundation. Andrew holds degrees from Arizona State University in Design Management and Tourism Development & Management, along with executive certificates in design thinking, project management, consumer neuroscience, neuromarketing, taxation, AI, and security-related fields from institutions including UVA Darden, UC Irvine, Copenhagen Business School, the University of Illinois, FEMA, FAA, and the United Nations Department of Safety and Security.
Adam Graber
Adam Graber helps Christian leaders align emerging technologies to their ministry strategy. He is Director of Product Management for ExploreGod, co-hosts the Device & Virtue podcast, publishes the Christianity Tomorrow Substack, and consults with Christian ministries. His clients include the British & Foreign Bible Society, Cru, Our Daily Bread, FaithTech, and Leadership Network. He has written for Christianity Today, the Lausanne Movement, The Bulwark, Relevant, and Christ & Pop Culture, and has appeared in The New York Times, on podcasts, and on radio.
Promod Haque, PhD
Promod Haque joined Norwest in 1990 and has invested in more than 75 companies since beginning his venture career. His investments have been worth more than $40B in aggregate exit value to date, with 25 of his portfolio companies going public and 49 acquired. In 2014 and 2016, Forbes recognized Promod as a "Hall of Fame" investor, and 2017 marked his thirteenth appearance on the annual Forbes Midas List—including 2004, when he was ranked the #1 venture capitalist based on performance over the previous decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Delhi, India, a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he serves on the advisory board.
Chris Lesner
Chris Lesner is Founder & CEO of PWI and host of the Servant Leadership Podcast. He serves as Chairman and President of the PWI Foundation and as Adjunct Faculty at Wheaton College, and is a Board Member at Thrivent, Children's Hunger Fund, and Judson University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Taylor University.
Timothy Marquart

Michael Matta
Michael Matta is a Data & AI specialist at Amazon, where he advises Fortune 100 clients on data-driven transformation, AI adoption, and measurable business impact. He describes himself as a human being on a pilgrimage to know his creator and his purpose, living by grace and shaped by hard work, struggles, and failure — finding genuine joy and curiosity in data and AI and their ability to help us understand the world and serve people better. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and an MBA.
Thomas Osborn
Thomas Osborn is the founder of DiscipleIQ, co-founder of AI&Faith, and an advisor to Villa Deus. He has held leadership roles at JPMorganChase, Deloitte, Pathwright, and Logos, and is a former board member of Kiros (Seattle Chapter Founder). He is also Founder and President of UpperRoom Coffeehouse, a member of the Fuller Seminary | Cascade Fellows Advisory Board, and serves on the Regent College US Foundation Board. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois.
Gregory Richardson
Gregory Richardson is Global Advisory CISO at BlackBerry and a global expert and author on cyber and AI security.
Johnnie Sharp
Johnnie Sharp, Jr. is Technical Executive Director at ManTech, bringing over 32 years of law enforcement and cybersecurity leadership at the federal and local levels. A retired Senior Executive Service (SES) official and former FBI Assistant Director, he most recently served as Assistant Director of the FBI's Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID), overseeing the development, operations, and security of the FBI's IT infrastructure worldwide and leading 1,200 personnel. His 26-plus-year FBI tenure included leadership roles in counterintelligence, counterterrorism, criminal investigations, and technical operations, including Special Agent in Charge of the Birmingham Division and Section Chief in the Operational Technology Division. Before the FBI, he served as a police officer in Knoxville, Tennessee, and as a deputy sheriff with the Knox County Sheriff's Department. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Daniel Whitenack, PhD
Daniel Whitenack is a PhD-trained data scientist who has been building and deploying AI and machine learning systems for 15+ years. He co-hosts the Practical AI podcast (named one of the "5 AI podcasts that explain it all" by Fast Company) and occasionally teaches AI and data science at Purdue University. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines and a PhD in Physics from Purdue University.
