What if you could share the Gospel with a seeker in a closed country for just three pennies?

ExploreGod President and CEO Jamie Radtke recently joined host Tim Barker on ROI Ministry’s The Don’t Bury It podcast to explain exactly how that unprecedented global reach is happening. Recognized on ROI Ministry’s "Top 10" list for nearly a decade, ExploreGod is consistently highlighted as one of the most effective Kingdom investments in the world, proving what is possible when profound financial stewardship meets internet speed.

“If we're going to change culture, what people really need is Jesus, not another policy bill,” Radtke explained, regarding her transition from the political arena to digital ministry.

During the conversation, Barker praised ExploreGod for achieving extraordinary financial efficiency by going exactly where the harvest is ripe. Because the ministry leverages digital tools to share the Gospel, it currently costs around $0.03 to deliver a single presentation and only around $3.45 to connect a new believer to a spiritual journey with practical resources and personal mentorship.

Barker refers to this remarkable efficiency as the "eternal return on investment," emphasizing that “good intentions aren't enough. Wise generosity changes everything.”

Delivering Hope in the Hardest Places

Radtke highlighted how digital evangelism bypasses physical, geographic, and political borders, noting that the poorest people on earth often own smartphones long before they have basic necessities.

To illustrate this, she recalled a trip to a remote coffee field in Thailand. She described people living in extreme poverty, residing in homes on stilts with open fires, drying laundry on a line, and living with open holes in the walls instead of actual windows. Yet, despite lacking basic infrastructure, they were all scrolling through smartphones.

“They didn't have windows, they didn't have running water, but by golly, they had a smartphone,” Radtke shared. “And they were sitting there scrolling for hours on Facebook. This is the thing I tell people about the power of the internet: people may not be able to have a washing machine, but they have a smartphone. And it is the most powerful tool for the Gospel.”

This widespread technology allows ExploreGod to safely reach seekers not just in impoverished regions, but also in closed or highly dangerous places like the Middle East, Africa, and South Central Asia. Even in nations where strict anti-conversion laws make in-person evangelism illegal, “the Gospel is still open over the internet, and that's the beauty of it,” Radtke shared.

Ultimately, the eternal return on investment isn’t just measured in global metrics or cost efficiency. It’s measured in the individual lives of seekers — no matter where they live or what they lack — who are finally finding a safe place to discover the love of Jesus.
